Query >> Twitter "Share --> eMail" and Social Feeds "Send as --> eMail"

When I am trying to use the "Share --> eMail" feature on Twitter or the "Send as --> eMail" on Social Feeds I am not able to send the email as there is no "Send" entry in the menu - also the "Send using" choice is not shown on the screen.

Is there anything I would need to configure in order to use these features?
