Sim Contacts to Phone Question

Kinda confused here. Am trying to copy my sim contacts from my 9810 to the phone WITHOUT all the contacts being labelled as "work" contacts.

Anyone know how to do this?

For some reason everything is defaulted as a work contact when transferred from sim to phone. Note I only have the name & numbers fields on my sim, no work/home/mobile details.
