Struggling with this error message: "The blackberry desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device..."
This comes up with the Application Loader when trying to install BBOS 7.1 on my 9810. Does anyone know how to resolve this matter? Spent days trying to get this sorted. Yes, I've deleted all copies of vendor.xml. Please see screenshot.
