Sync Contacts from Outlook (not microsoft outlook) and install apps outside bbworld

Hello!

I just rolled back from my Passport to a brand new P9981 :laughing:
I have forgotten everything all these years about os 7.
Can you please tell me a way i can sync my contacts from my outlook server?
Also what is the way i can sideload apps outside bbworld and where to find a list of some usefull ones? like navi, viber etc?
